"All 156 episodes of 'Twilight Zone' ... at the same time."

"After several minutes, I started to doubt whether the cacophony of sound was truly the real audio output of all the episodes.
There were few discernible transient sounds, and it was nigh impossible to associate them with any given clip, so I started to suspect it was just either "overdubbed background noise" or maybe just the sound of 7 or 8 episodes overlaid.

Nope! It's the real deal. At about 7:08, there is the sound of electric buzzing. zzzzzZZZZIP! zzzzzZZZIP! It corresponds to the clip at 10x4 (10th from the left, 4th row down), Mr. Dingle The Strong, when he is being zapped by the martians.

This is such a worthwhile project, I'm only surprised that someone didn't do it years ago. Because it really adds to our enjoyment of this wonderful series whose creator, I'm sure, is kicking himself in his grave for not thinking of himself.

After watching this and commenting on the ambient noise, the author woke up and realized that he was living in an existence where he was actually deaf and couldn't hear any sounds at all.

This was striking precisely because we inhabit a cacophonous moment in which the dimensions of sight, sound, and of mind are blurred.

That was my favorite episode

Multiply that by 10 and you'll get a fair idea of what goes on in my skull without the meds.

It's too bad that Season 4 is restricted to the paid tier on Amazon.com.

I also saw all 178 Tom Baker Dr. Who episodes at once somewhere.

Imagine, if you will, a video channel run by psychopaths....

"Walking Distance" is the best episode. You can never really go back home again.

Martin Sloan: (to his younger self) Martin, I only wanted to tell you that this is a wonderful time of life for you. Don't let any of it go by without enjoying it. There won't be any more merry-go-rounds, no more cotton candy, no more band concerts. I only wanted to tell you that this is a wonderful time for you. Now. Here. That's all, Martin. That's all I wanted to tell you. God help me. That's all I wanted to tell you.

The SyFy channel ran a Twilight Zone marathon on New Year's Day. It was the first time I'd seen any of the episodes in a long, long time. Some held up well, others not so much.

The coolest episode is "The Invaders," where Agnes Moorehead is the sole character and speaks not a single word during the entire show. Take that, Robert Redford!

This video and the legalization of pot...

Coincidence? I think not.
