It reminds me of the paintings David Hockney did of rural Yorkshire

Gorgeous photo.

South Africa could get real ugly real quick. More importantly images of Whites being killed by Black mobs could inspire the mirror reaction in Western Europe.

More likely we'll see a precursor of what will happen when "immigrants" reach a critical mass in Europe. But that may be what saves Social Security and Medicare--a mass importation of rich Europeans.

Looks like the portion of the trail/path a block or two west of the union terrace. Doesn't look like it does well with a quick thaw.

Robert "The FBI Whitewasher" Mueller is leaking a lot of information about his "investigation" to journalists. Today I saw articles, based on Mueller's leaks, that he will indict some Russian hackers and that he is "investigating" President Trump's state of mind when he wrote blogs criticizing Jeff Sessions.

Is that mud? I think it's decomposed granite. I've biked on that surface, albeit 40 years ago. It's not at all slippery like mud.

A few feet wider and that would be the road I live on today.

We have three seasons (re: our dirt road). The muddy season (Spring), the dusty season (Summer/Fall) and the snowy season (Winter).

Last night the blog was back to its old style on my iPad. Today the new one again. The photo is not visible in the first summary view. It is tiny in the main view. The new format does not do justice to your photography.

The Washington Post reports that Robert Mueller is investigating President Trump’s “private comments and state of mind” during the period when he issued a series of tweets belittling Attorney General Jeff Sessions. According to the Post, the thrust of Mueller’s inquiry is to determine whether the president’s goal was to oust Sessions in order to pick a replacement who would exercise control over Mueller’s investigation.

Somebody’s “state of mind” needs investigation by a qualified shrink. Eric Holder’s protege, Mueller, “Brother in Arms” with Holder’s other protege, Comey, seems like he is off the rails. He is trying to nail Trump on a thought crime.

The story of the "Kids March" is finally coming out.

On February 28, BuzzFeed came out with the actual story: Rep. Debbie Wassermann Schultz aiding in the lobbying in Tallahassee, a teacher’s union organizing the buses that got the kids there, Michael Bloomberg’s groups and the Women’s March working on the upcoming March For Our Lives, MoveOn.org doing social media promotion and (potentially) march logistics, and training for student activists provided by federally funded Planned Parenthood.

The president of the American Federation of Teachers told BuzzFeed they’re also behind the national school walkout, which journalists had previously assured the public was the sole work of a teenager. (I’d thought teachers were supposed to get kids into school, but maybe that’s just me.)

Well organized and quickly. YOu almost wonder if they were ready.

Mueller is well past the point where he is trying to get Trump on an actual, you know, crime.

Now he is working on a rationalization for impeachment. Plus trying to ruin the life of anyone who worked for Trump.

This should be a good trick! He never even looked at the servers.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is readying criminal charges against Russian hackers allegedly responsible for leaking damaging emails “designed to hurt Democrats in the 2016 election.”

I am hoping this comes to trial and the evidence is laid out, but I am sure that gag orders all around, if not ball gags, will be issued, so that we only have the headlines, not the evidence.

Did the Russian hackers write the emails? Is he that infuriated that true facts became available to Americans? Is he that upset about the election?

tim in vermont said...

Maybe law enforcement was allowed to look at the servers, after all. Must be, right?

Here’s their plan. Win the House and Senate, appoint Hillary as speaker. Speaker does not need to be a member. Impeach and remove both Trump and Pence, voila! A grievous wrong has been righted!

No, it doesn't have to be. What I suspected all along, and what has since been reported, is that the hacking was observed from the hacker's side.

If that is true, then they could know about the hack for certain without ever looking at the DNC's server.

On the other hand, if they got their intel by hacking the hackers, they damn well should have examined the DNC's servers, and claimed that as their source of knowledge, so as not to reveal their counter-hacking activities.

I think it was set up after Las Vegas. My theory is that was the motivation of the shooter--talk about gun control in the vacuum of why?, but the other forces of evil weren't ready.

Well, chips are on the table, I guess:

Ed Butowsky, the man who offered to assist the family of Seth Rich with the cost of hiring a private investigator, has told the Gateway Pundit that during a December 2016 conversation with the father of the slain staffer he confirmed that he “knew what his sons did.” Butowsky further stated that the family was deeply concerned with their son being remembered for helping to get President Donald Trump elected.

Two opposite stories, but it is possible that both are true.
