"I haven't got a job, nor am I healthy. And now they say I can't die. That's ridiculous."

Making it illegal to die.

EddieP, have you considered going out in a gun battle in Bolivia? That's my personal choice for the way to go....

The bill states that "offenders will be held responsible for their acts". However, it does not say what the punishment will be.

Clearly, not the capital one.

You gotta love any government body with that sense of humor, though.

I'd say "gallows humor" except, well, that word connotes (sotto voce) death.

Maybe we should take those who wish to die, give them some concentrated military training, and send them on truly special commando raids, Kinda like the Dirty Dozen only willingly! The Kervorkian Battalion!

Better than making it illegal to live.

WHat do they plan to do if you break the law and die? I hope their prisons are refrigerated or its going stink a bit.

Let's just hope the activist courts don't step in here and overturn the wishes of the elected politicians, who are just expressing the wishes of the people.

Yeah but not too much humor. I once laughed so hard I thought for sure I would die. Which, come to think of it, wouldn't be too bad of a way to go, certainly better than any of the alternatives EddieP eschews at the top of these comments.
